Chapter 1
It was a sunny morning despite the fact that I was stuck in my in my dark smokey apartment in a sketchy part of Philly. Looking back on it now and the amount of drama it had caused I regret it, me and my buddy James had joined the Rastafarians, mostly just because he had heard that some guys were getting weed from them and the only way to get it was to be a member. For a while we had gotten away with it until we got cocky. We had become pretty confident and began smoking on our apartment's fire escape, unfortunately we later learned that a friend of the land lord lives directly above us and he was not appreciative of our new practice and decided to report it to the manager. At first James thought we were stuck and in no time the police would be involved, I even believed him but then I found our get out of jail "free" card we would plead freedom of religion because technically we were doing it as Rastifarians although we knew nothing of them we did know that they allowed smoking marijuana. Unfortunately it didn't end there as I hoped.

Chapter 2
I had my first headline about the issue last Thursday in a local newspaper. At first I thought that it would be good for me as word got out I got more potential voices on my side. As it kept going I began to feel intruded upon they were talking about my family they had pictures of me smoking outside my apartment I had always thought it would be amazing to be in the press but now I began to truly feel what it was like to be noticed by the world and I would give anything for my old life. I am constantly reminded of what the world thinks. Every time I go outside I have some stranger who apparently knows me, at first it surprises me when someone tells me something before this I was a small person In a big city, I was a nobody. Now I’m a villain and I have even fewer friends, Except for James but he had a it worse after our incident. Here's his story...

Chapter 3
Um okay I guess I'm supposed to write down what happened or something so here we go. About a month ago I got a little freaked out with some weird activity in the alley behind my apartment so I convinced myself to go pick up a gun. I remembered a gun shop across from my bus stop that I see every time I go to work. So I went the next morning and picked a .38 special revolver and a couple rounds. I was still uneasy so I went behind the store and loaded the gun and put it in my pocket. When i came out I noticed a cop down the street a couple meters so i decided to go the other way but he decided to go the same way. As the cop approached me I tried to stay calm and hoped he wouldn't notice anything suspicouse and it didn’t help that I was carrying a loaded weapon. I knew that it wouldn’t be very good at all if I got caught so I decided
I would plead the second amendment even though I was aware of the law against concealed weapons. Hoping that I could at least look like a citizen fighting for his rights rather than a criminal. Unfortunately Now I’m in jail.

Chapter 4
Okay back to me, I didn’t exactly get off easy either though. That police officer arrested me and now I’m waiting in jail for my trial, it’s only been a couple hours but I’m still thinking about that speedy trial thing. I’m not sure if it’s true or not but some of the guys here look like they’ve been here for days. I’m getting antsy though it’s not exactly comfy in here and half of these guys are crazy ripped and are so tense it’s hard to believe there hasn’t been a fight yet. Ah finally I never thought I would be so happy to see a person that was going to bring me one step closer to who knows how long in prison. I was escorted into the courtroom where I saw my lawyer who I had met with previously. The government had provided me with one because I was unable to supply my own. I already knew I was being charged of Illegal possession of a loaded firearm and Illegal possession of illegal drugs. I had no chance in court and now I’m serving nine years for all of my different crimes. I guess I can go for good behavior while I’m in.

Amendment: Right to bear arms
Issue: Is the ban of assult weapons unconstitutional (2nd amendment)
Expository: Above file (formatting did not transfer into my wiki editor)
Pro/Con articles: Samuel A's wiki page
My View: I believe that the real issue has has less to do with wether or not it is right to alow ownership of guns and more about how far are we willing to make acceptions to our accepted laws, just because we find it better without assult weapons is okay to bend the laws in our contitution to fit our desires?. For example if there is a certain religion that we consider the country would be better suited without and it would benifit us in many ways is it okay to abolish that religions rights? I think that we need to be carefu to the extent that we are beggening to disolve the rights that we fought to earn.
